The firm is seeking an Investment Banking Vice President or Director for the Digital Infrastructure team to support the execution of advisory and capital markets transactions. You will play a key role in financial analysis, transaction execution, and the preparation of client materials, working closely with senior bankers while collaborating with your team to ensure high-quality deliverables across engagements.


We are open to candidates with strong M&A experience from other sectors who want to make the transition to digital infrasctructure.


About the role

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions from initial mandate through closing.
  • Manage day-to-day deal processes, including diligence coordination, timeline management, and communication across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Structure, analyze, and negotiate transaction terms, including valuation, capital structure, and key legal and financial considerations.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of client materials, including pitchbooks, CIMs, management. presentations, and board materials.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support valuation analyses, transaction structuring, and client recommendations.
  • Support senior bankers in origination efforts, including idea generation, market analysis, and preparation of pitch materials.
  • Coordinate with legal counsel, accountants, and other advisors to ensure efficient execution and successful transaction outcomes.
  • Mentor and manage Analysts / Associates, providing guidance on modeling, analysis, and professional development.
  • Monitor market conditions, industry trends, and comparable transactions to inform strategic advice and identify new business opportunities.


Desired Background:

  • 6-15 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience executing M&A, capital markets, or strategic advisory transactions.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, including DCF, comparable companies, and precedent transactions analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and lead transaction execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and senior stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable approach to work.
