The firm is seeking an Investment Banking Vice President and Associates to support the execution of advisory and capital markets transactions. You will play a key role in financial analysis, transaction execution, and the preparation of client materials, working closely with senior bankers while collaborating with your team to ensure high-quality deliverables across engagements.

About the role

Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions from initial mandate through closing.
• Manage day-to-day deal processes, including diligence coordination, timeline management, and communication across internal and external stakeholders.
• Structure, analyze, and negotiate transaction terms, including valuation, capital structure, and key legal and financial considerations.
• Oversee the preparation and review of client materials, including pitchbooks, CIMs, management. presentations, and board materials.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support valuation analyses, transaction structuring, and client recommendations.
• Support senior bankers in origination efforts, including idea generation, market analysis, and preparation of pitch materials.
• Coordinate with legal counsel, accountants, and other advisors to ensure efficient execution and successful transaction outcomes.
• Mentor and manage Analysts / Associates, providing guidance on modeling, analysis, and professional development.
• Monitor market conditions, industry trends, and comparable transactions to inform strategic advice and identify new business opportunities.
