The firm is seeking experienced Investment Banking Analysts to support the execution of advisory and capital markets transactions as a generalist across various sectors. As a junior banker, you will play a key role in financial analysis, transaction execution, and the preparation of client materials, working closely with senior bankers while collaborating with your team to ensure high-quality deliverables across engagements.

About the role

Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions from initial mandate through closing.
• Perform financial modeling and valuation analysis to support live transactions and client pitches.
• Develop client materials including pitchbooks, CIMs, and board presentations.
• Track key industry trends, regulatory updates, and marketing activity across the U.S. banking sector.
• Oversee the preparation and review of client materials, including pitchbooks, CIMs, management presentations, and board materials.
• Work closely with senior bankers to support client interactions and ongoing relationship management.
• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.
• Associates: Oversee and provide guidance to Analysts, ensuring accuracy and quality of work products.

Desired Background:

• 1-3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience executing M&A, capital markets, or strategic advisory transactions.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, including DCF, comparable companies, and precedent transactions analysis.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and lead transaction execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and senior stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable approach to work.
