We're looking for builders who are excited to work with cutting-edge products, explore the frontier of what is possible with Al, and make a significant impact on the success of leading investment firms and financial institutions.

The Product Strategy team at Blueflame Al bridges the capabilities of the technology we build with the domain-specific needs and expectations of our clients. Product Strategists often face clients and build relationships that empower them to serve as trusted advisors on a client's Al journey and aspirations. Both roles will make critical contributions to defining workflows and building use cases for investment banking clients and private investors, respectively.

 

About the roles 

Responsibilities:

  • Present the client perspective in roadmap and design reviews based on domain expertise and feedback gathered from clients.
  • Deconstruct workflows and develop our library of solutions tailored to the needs of dealmakers/private investors.
  • Engage with decision-makers at financial institutions to understand their workflow challenges; establish yourself as an expert in applying Al to banking/PE and produce presentations showing how Blueflame's solutions can address these issues.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to win business; help our client success team ensure deployment success, monitor feedback, and identify areas of opportunity; work with our marketing team to create content that accurately reflects financial professionals' needs, language, and priorities.
  • Stay up to date on trends and developments in Al within dealmaking/Private Equity; conduct analyses of competing solutions and Blueflame's positioning.
  • Propose new Al-powered solutions that address unique challenges faced by dealmakers/private investors.

 

Desired Background:

  • 3-5 years of front-office experience at top-tier investment banks / PE firms; deep familiarity with end-to-end deal workflows from a banker/investor perspective.
  • Demonstrated interest in the transformative potential of generative Al for the financial sector.
  • Proven capacity to engage stakeholders at all levels and explain technical solutions to business-oriented audiences; navigate internal hierarchies at financial institutions to reach decision-makers.
  • Ability to conduct impromptu demonstrations, whiteboard sessions, and polished presentations in an engaging manner.
  • Exceptional ability to thrive on autonomy and ambiguity, tackle ambitious challenges with enthusiasm, and drive transformational outcomes at the intersection of AI and finance


Offer:

  •  In addition to the unique opportunity for junior investment bankers and private equity investors to break into AI technology, Blueflame is offering a competitive base salary of $175,000-$225,000 plus bonus.
