The firm is seeking an Associate to support the Engagement Manager in delivering high quality client outcomes across onboarding, production rollouts, and ongoing account expansion. You will operate at the intersection of client delivery, internal coordination, compliance processes, and structured execution, and will be responsible for ensuring that projects move forward efficiently, stakeholders remain aligned, and operational processes are executed to a high standard.


About the role

Responsibilities:

  • Support the EM in day-to-day client communication and follow-ups.
  • Help coordinate tutorials, workshops, and onboarding sessions.
  • Track onboarding timelines including legal, procurement, security, and compliance workflows.
  • Assist in managing documentation required for procurement, infosec, and vendor onboarding.
  • Coordinate with data partners to ensure correct scope and access alignment.
  • Support API and integration rollouts by tracking requirements and dependencies.
  • Help prepare client-specific demos, use case documentation, and structured briefs.
  • Work with the EM to translate client needs into clearly-defined workflows.
  • Maintain usage dashboards and adoption trackers.
  • Support weekly client check-ins and internal performance reviews.
  • Assist in preparing materials for user expansions and production transitions.
  • Help maintain visibility over seat counts, pricing structures, and phased rollouts.
  • Support the preparation of commercial proposals and renewal discussions.


Desired Background:

  • 2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or high-growth tech firms.
  • Strong academic background.
  • Genuine interest in Al.
  • Exceptional organisation and attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast paced environment where priorities shift quickly.
  • Structured thinker who can manage multiple workstreams in parallel.
  • High ownership mindset with willingness to go beyond the job description.
